Cardamom Mocha Old Fashioned

This exploration of the classic cocktail brings together elements of sweet aromatics with rich coffee.

The Ingredients

• 15ml Dark Matter Coffee Rum Liqueur
• 50ml whisky or Bourbon
• 3 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
• orange peel to garnish

The Method

Pour the whisky or Bourbon, liqueur and bitters into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Stir well, then express the oil of the orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
