The Ingredients
- 50ml Dark Matter Orange & Chocolate Rum LiqueurÂ
- ginger beer or ginger ale
- lime to garnish
The Method
Pour the liqueur into an ice-filled highball glass. Top up with ginger ale and garnish with a twist of lime.
