Cold Dark Brew
An easy to make cool, long serve which mixes our Spiced Rum with cold brew coffee for an intense kick!
The Ingredients
- 50ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 100ml cold brew coffee
- 15ml demerara simple syrup
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- lemon peel to garnish
The Method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
