Dark Side of the Moon
A weekend-worthy serve which mixes cold brew with our Coffee Rum Liqueur and a hit of lemon for a sharp fresh serve.
The Ingredients
- 50ml Dark Matter Coffee Rum Liqueur
- 75ml cold brew coffee
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 15ml demerara simple syrup
- lemon twist to garnish
The Method
Stir with ice in an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
