Mango & Rhubarb Sour
A full-on fruity explosion, this cocktail perfectly balances our Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur with lively citrus and tropical mango.
The Ingredients
- 35ml Dark Matter Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur
- 60ml Mango juice drink
- 25ml lime juice
- 1 egg white
- fresh mango to garnish
The Method
Dry shake all the ingredients, then repeat with ice. Fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of mango.
