Mull It Over
Mulled cider hits its ‘Level Up’ moment with the addition of our spiced molasses based rum, rich with fresh ginger, Indonesian long pepper, Thai green peppercorns and allspice.
THE INGREDIENTS
(makes two)
- 100ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 300ml cider
- mulling spices
- apple slice and star anise to garnish
THE METHOD
Add the cider, Spiced Rum and mulling spices to a non-stick pan.
Bring up to the boil then immediately reduce down to a low heat. Add the spices and allow to mull before serving in heat-proof glasses.
