Rhubarb + Custard Sour
A retro favourite brought to life in this satisfyingly sweet/sour sipper with our Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur.
The Ingredients
- 35ml Dark Matter Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur
- 25ml vanilla vodka
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
The Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into a coupette or sour glass over a block of ice.
