- 50ml Dark Matter Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur
- 15l fresh lime juice
- dry ginger ale to top up
- mint and lime to g
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
