Rhubarb Mule

A fiery serve with a real kick of ginger, this is an ultra-refreshing twist on the Moscow Mule.

THE INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Dark Matter Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur 
• 15l fresh lime juice
• dry ginger ale to top up
• mint and lime to g

THE METHOD

Shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
