A spiced rum Old Fashioned rounded out by pale sherry and given a warm kick with Creole bitters.
- 50ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 15ml pale cream sherry
- 3 – 4 dashes Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
- dehydrated orange wheel to garnish
Stir the spiced rum, sherry and bitters down over ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks or Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with the dehydrated orange wheel.
