The Ingredients

• 50ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
• 125ml Cawston’s Cloudy Apple with Ginger
• slices of fresh apple to garnish

The Method

Pour the rum into an ice-filled highball glass. Top up with the apple juice, and garnish with slices of apple.
