Spiced Mai Tai

Bright on the fruit but with a measure of Dark Matter, this take on the Tiki favourite might have seen Trader Vic swapping his surfboard for a space helmet.

The Ingredients

• 25ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
• 15ml triple sec
• 25ml Dark Matter Orange & Chocolate Rum Liqueur 
• 15ml lime
• dash of grenadine
• 5ml orange juice
• orange, cocktail cherry and pineapple leaf to garnish

The Method

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.
Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks or Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish with orange, a cocktail cherry, and a pineapple leaf.
