Spiced Pineapple Mojito
A Hemmingway favourite meets Dark Matter with a tropical twist; this is one for long summer days and nights.
- 50ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 75ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
- soda water to top up
- mint leaves, pineapple to garnish
Muddle the mint with lime juice in a glass. Add the spiced rum and pineapple juice. Fill with crushed ice. Top with soda water.
