Spiced Rum Negroni

Refinement comes in many forms, but we reckon the Negroni trumps all others. Our take mixes our Spiced Rum with vermouth and the bitter notes of Campari.

THE INGREDIENTS

• 25ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum 
• 25ml Cocchi Americano Bianco
• 25ml Campari
• 2 -3 dashes orange bitters
• orange twist to garnish

THE METHOD

Stir well to mix in an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
