From Paris to the moon – our update on the 1920s classic, bright orange fruit is mellowed out by the soft chocolate notes of our luxurious Orange & Chocolate Rum Liqueur.
The Ingredients
- 50ml Cognac
- 25ml Dark Matter Orange & Chocolate Rum LiqueurÂ
- 25ml fresh lemon juice caster sugar
- twist of lemon
The Method
Shake the Cognac, liqueur and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
