- 50ml Dark matter Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- elderflower pressé to top up
- fresh thyme and fresh lime to garnish.
Pour the liqueur and lime juice into an ice-filled highball glass. Top up with elderflower pressé. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and lime wedge.
