Order & Delivery FAQs
All product prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
We aim to get your Dark Matter products to you as soon as possible, and always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly, with the following a guideline of regular delivery times.
Mainland UK: 2-3 business days from date of shipping
Non mainland UK: 2-5 business days from date of shipping
International: Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery outside of the UK
Free delivery is automatically applied on all orders of £100 or more. If you have any questions please contact us through [email protected]
From time to time during particularly busy periods, orders may take a little longer, and so please be patient and allow a little extra time for delivery.
We do hope that you are happy with your rum or liqueurs, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on [email protected]
We can refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the following conditions are met:
1) You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 30 days of receipt of the order.
2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with packaging, labels and contents intact.
3) Please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order:

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty.
In the event of faulty items, we will resend a replacement at no extra cost as soon as is practicable.
