Fiery Jungle Bird
First created in 1973, in a few short decades, the Jungle Bird has become a Tiki cocktail favourite, but our version comes with a hit of extra spice!
The Ingredients
- 45ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 25ml Aperol
- 15ml simple syrup
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 45ml fresh pineapple juice
- pineapple to garnish
The Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, pour into a rocks glass over block ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
