Grey Matter
This refreshing sipper mixes our richly spiced rum with Earl Grey, orange and soda for a little lift!
THE INGREDIENTS
- 35ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 50ml cold Earl Grey tea
- 10ml orange juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- soda to top up
- orange to garnish
THE METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice apart from the soda water. Strain into an ice-filled highball, top up with a little soda water and garnish with an orange slice.
