Cable Car to Mars
A riff on Modern Mixologist and drinks maestro Tony Abou Ganim’s San Francisco-inspired sour, creating the perfect balance of spiced rum and citrus sour.
The Ingredients
- 40ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 20ml Cointreau
- 30ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg
- white orange peel
The Method
Dry shake all ingredients first, then repeat with ice. Double-strain into a coupette. Zest the rim of the glass with orange and discard.
