A nod to those all-out tropical serves, with a bit of rhubarb bounce.
THE INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Dark Matter Rhubarb & Ginger Rum LiqueurÂ
- 25ml coconut rum
- 10ml grenadine
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 10ml lime juice
- pineapple fronds to garnish
THE METHOD
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
